When you fill out our client form or contact form, we collect: your name, shop name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, location, and project requirements. We only collect what is necessary to provide our services.
We also automatically collect standard web analytics data (page views, device type, country) to improve our website. This data is anonymised and not linked to any individual.
We use your information solely to: (a) respond to your enquiry, (b) prepare and send you a custom project proposal, (c) communicate about ongoing projects, and (d) send occasional service updates.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.
Your form submissions are stored in Google Sheets (accessed only by our team) and optionally sent via EmailJS for internal notifications. We use HTTPS on all pages. We do not store payment information — all payments are processed by Razorpay/Cashfree under their own security standards.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data may be shared only with our direct service providers (such as Google Workspace, EmailJS) strictly for delivering our services.

We use only essential session cookies necessary for the website to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to use the site.
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
